November 2019 – What’s Happening in Puerto Rico?
November 2019 – November is here and that means we can look forward to Thanksgiving and here in Puerto Rico it also means the start of the Christmas Season. Yes, you read that right, November sees the start of the longest Christmas Season here in Puerto Rico. This month you will find towns all around the island preparing for Christmas and a host of events happening all around the island. Highlights for the month include: Anticipo Navideño, Rincon Surf Fest and Festival De Pascuas de Puerto Rico
As always there will be plenty of things to do around the island, especially on weekends so let’s see what’s happening this month.

Nov 1-3, Anticipo Navideño (Anticipating Christmas), La Parguera
The town of La Parguera will be kicking off the Christmas season early with their weekend-long Anticipo Navideño (Anticipating Christmas) event at the Plaza San Pedro. Expect live music, local foods, artisans and all things Christmas.
Nov 15-17, Rincon Surf Fest
Playa Domes or Playa Marias will be selected for the Rincon Surf Festival which will feature some of the island’s best male and female surfers.

Nov 16-17, Festival De Pascuas de Puerto Rico, Old San Juan.
Paseo De La Princesa in Old San Juan will host the Festival De Pascuas de Puerto Rico, a popular event marking the start of the Christmas season. The two-day event will feature artisans, music, local foods and more.

Nov 1-3, Quebradillas Patron Saint Festival
Plaza Pública de Quebradillas Luis Muñoz Rivera in Quebradillas will host the towns Patron Saint Festival featuring artisans, food, music and family activities

The popular Monster Jam will take place at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan featuring popular monster trucks.
